PITCHING
Lessons include: kinetic training for pitching, overhand throwing, and hitting. Speed gun monitoring and videotaping are periodically provided for development and refinement of mechanics. We also teach movement and off-speed pitches, strategy, locating pitches, speed changes, and pitch combinations such as: two different fast balls, rise ball, curve ball, screw, drop, drop curve, and clips (off speed).

CATCHING
Framing, quick footwork and release, pick offs, bunt coverage, and plate coverage. By also taking part in the pitching lessons, we believe catchers can develop outstanding defensive skills, while catching pitchers at the same or higher level.

CLINICS
Hanrahan Softball provides clinics for youth programs and organizations.

NETWORKING
Team recruitment, college placement, and summer team placement.

COLLEGE VIDEO PREPARATION
Video of lesson with speed and movement demonstration, and live game footage. Also, professionally- produced video featuring interview with student, and a complete profile highlighting experience, academics, GPA, family, financial, and test scores.

INSTRUCTORS
Our instructors have diverse backgrounds in their areas of expertise, e.g. collegiate, All American, All State, travel coaching, etc.
